Outstanding Balance

I’m aware that you have paid the amount I paid in April, to Nimble Credit Solutions, and how dumb can you be? you didnt pay for the accumulated amount which makes me liable for the remaining balance, the agent from nimble credit solutions asked if I would pay it, and no obviously. Before you sold my account, I even made an additional payment, which should have created a credit balance on my account. I’m not liable for the remaining balance, you chose to not respond to any of my emails (15+ emails), and you have a 100% automated phone call system which doesnt connect to any agent. I won’t be paying. Nimble Credit solutions are emailing me about the left balance, and let’s not take this further, I am not liable.
