Ordered to stop debiting my accoubt but they continue

I recently went under administration and Wonga was ordered to stop debiting my account. As if it was business as usual, come payday Wonga debited my account. I stopped and reversed the debit order on Friday and on Monday they just debited my account FOR MORE MONEY, my son's school fees debit order has now gone unpaid and I have been charged a R55 by my bank because my son's school fee debit order was unpaid. Wonga have gone OUT OF THEIR WAY to break the law and *******ly take money out of my account wven when ordered by a court not to. I will be taking legal action against Wonga as they constantly have excuses and have now caused me embarrassment and stress and have continued to show no regard for financial law in South Africa.

Hi Again Dean

We havent been able to contact you. We have confirmed that unfortunately Debtbusters did not inform us, that you have gone under Debt review which is why the debit order came off.

Candice has provided you with the next steps forward, via email. If you could kindly confirm receipt, so that we can rest assured that you are happy with the outcome of your complaint. Your sentiment is of great concern to the team.

Thank you Dean
