Not updating with the credit bureaus
I paid my loan but it is still showing on my credit record. I sent an email to customer services and even had to call Wonga to get a paid up letter. Please update urgently

Thank you for talking to Nooreen this morning. As she updated you - unfortunately TransUnion have a backlog at the moment. We have issued the necessary communication with them. It can take up to 30 days.
