Not returing debit orders
A cancelation of the loan was done within 24 hours of requesting it. The loan amount was paid back in full according to their cancelation policy. The debit order was also taken off after being told the debit order would be returned within 48 hours, a WEEK later and no debit order has been returned. Every time an email is sent the response " wait 48 hours "
