Not happy

I've just app**** today but still they are saying they're verifying my back details I've been waiting for 2 hours now and I need the money before 5 and now the time is 2 I'm losing hope even though they gave me high hopes from the start of my application when they said I'm being approved and you get loan within 15 minutes but it's been a while now since I've been waiting.
