Not geting refund after providing my banking details

I wrote a formal complaint to Wonga regarding irresponsible lending and after 8 weeks I get an offer which I have accepted. I have been asked to send my banking details. I moved back to my home country Lithuania, so I provided details of my account. I have send my name, IBAN and SWIFT codes and name of the bank as I was asked. I get an email stating that my refund is processed. It was on 31.07.2017 . Then almost every day I was contacting live chat to check was is the status of my refund. On 03.08.2017 I was told that is already sent to my account and next day I get an email that I have to send NCC (national clearing code). I went to bank and have been told that for international transfers I should use IBAN and SWIFT and they can't provide me with NCC, because they don't use that system. I wrote an email to wonga 07.08.2017 and contacted live chat and still don't get any response. I get final offer from wonga on 20.07.2017 and have accepted same day, still waiting for refund. Lying agents on live chat and unacceptable behavior.
