Not complying with signed Contract

I app**** for a loan through Wonga which was approved straight away. I received a contract electronically to sign and agree to and was requested to pay an amount of R 2425.00 for \loan documentation fees and Attorney fees"and my loan would be paid into my account within 24 hours. I duly did this and then received another unprofessional e-mail instructing me to pay a further R 1500.00 for transfer fees and my loan would be paid out. I refused to do this as this was not stated in my original contract but they are adamant that this needs to be paid. This is ******* and against the FSB's terms and conditions as it was not disclosed in my original contract! I have now cancelled my application and requested a refund on my initial fees which I hope I get. Dealing with them both electronically and telephonically was extremely unprofessional and would like the public not to use them and this company should be closed down by the FSB as they are not in compliance with the FSB's terms and conditions """
