NOT a "QUICK" Solution

I can't stress enough how frustrating this is, the keep asking me to upload my latest payslips (that I did) and later they asked for my bank statements (That I also did) but they keep requesting these documentations, I have uploaded at least 4 times all ready.

I have also tried to phone them, needless to say that they do not answer their phones, nor do they call back after been given that option by their automatic recording, now I'm left to complain on this site. I never do, I really need to be pushed to rant about something but this is ridiculous, I never had to struggle like this in the past!

I am disappointed in the downgrade of your service quality Wonga, really!
