Not 15 minutes

Just as 8 suspected I get a reply with some story say8ng that income not visible on documents supplies this is after receiving an email stating that the money will be available in my account shortly. So the6 approve the loan and when they are pressured into paying the money they come up with a story. And now 8 am receiving calls and texts from companies and entities I never dealt with before which points to one thing that they are sharing ones confidential information with other companies entities which is against the law as I did not give my permission for them to do so. I will look into this matter further and see what my legal rights are and how I can legally address this matter. Beware of th8s so called company they just harves5 your information and possibly sell it to other companies or entites. I have saved all correspondence with them and will possibly be posting it aon here and other pages after getting legal advise from the body governing financial institutions. I will possibly pursue further steps regarding the sharing of my confidential information because of all the calls and texts and messages I'm suddenly receiving from people I have not shared my information with. Blatant false advertising and blatant disregard for the law as far as personal details of potential clients. I will periodically be posting reviews regarding this company

Please note the following email was received from wonga. I have copied it from my inbox and will post it here, proving that the loan was approved and that they say money will be paid to me shortly they are in breach of contract as written confirmation is binding. Now they refuse to honour their agreement with me, but yet share my personal details with other companies and institutions as suddenly I am receiving calls emails and texts from companies I have never dealt with. Beware of this company as above In the conversations and replies one can clearly see that written confirmation was given that the loan was approved then after hours of waiting without any feedback having to resort to reviews then only did one receive feedback with excuses and made up fine print that does not appear on any of the correspondence with them. Then to top it all off they distribute ones private and personal information to other companies who then start to harass a person which Is a ******** offence. Which of course they deny doing so just a WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THEIR SERVICES BE PREPAIRED TO HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INDORMATUON *******LY AND ********LY DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

Please note you are trying to cover up your gross misconduct and breach of contract as written acknowledgement was given via email that the loan has been approved and money will be available shortly. No conditions or pending requests was mentioned look at the reply above and it clearly shows approval and money will be available shortly. BREACH OF CONTRACT AS WRITTEN APPROVAL WAS GIVEN WHICH BY LAW CONSTITUTES A BINDING CONTRACT. When speaking to a consultant today I mentioned that i get paid in cash for my services and said that I can supply proof from the company o render my services to which I did provide to them, apparently because it does not reflect in my bank account it disqualifies me, after being told that the proof will suffice.
