No updates on Transunion and reply on complaints

I had loans from Wonga SA and paid every time on time. Now that I want to apply for car finance Wonga didn't update Transunion and is being declined due to affordability as the loan still shows outstanding.<br> <br> Wonga list loans on Transunion in a eye wink but doesn't give any data or updates that loan was paid on time. So it will never improve my credit score only show 'No Data\ <br> <br> I mailed Wonga on previous occasions but don't get any reply.<br> They cost me credit score points on my profile and is getting a bad credit score because they don't do there work with every credit application. Charge this high costs and interest but service is appalling. "
