No transparency or honesty with their advertised services
I have app**** for a short term loan on Monday 02 August, The loan was approved yesterday morning 03 August and Debi check was completed. No communication was made further about payment date and I continue being charged interest daily. I have called multiple times with no response or date as to when the loan will be paid out.

No interest will be charged as your loan was not yet disbursed.
We can confirm that there is a delay in the Debi check mandate, but our
technical team is working on a resolution.
Interest and fees will only be charged once you have accepted the terms and conditions
and once your loan application has been finalized.
