Dear Wonga How do I rid myself of your company when you people can't get anything done right the first time?
Please can I request a paid up letter of my loan account and for this information to be updated with the credit bureau. Please!!! I am so tired of dealing with you people.

We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We've reviewed your account and can confirm that you settled
your loan on the 12/04/2021. All manual payments can
take up to 72 working hours to update.
Your payment has only updated today and a paid up
letter request was escalated to our finance team which
they have a turn around time of 3 hours.
Your ITC profile will be updated in the next 30 days
so by the 13 of May your ITC profile should be updated
depending on the backlogs at the credit bureau.
