No response to clients queries, They don't update clients details on bereau
I have been struggling to get Wonga to clear my account on bereau. The account in question was paid through their attorneys Anthony and Richards in March to this year. I have sent several emails to no avail. They are not responding nor attending to my query. Never take credit from this company. I need the ombudsman and NCRs intervention.
