no payment received

I made a loan on the 13th of june and its the 19th already Im still waiting no money received very poor service with no communication at all also impossible contacting you .

wonga can you please remove youre debit order from my account I made a loan never received payment apparently the mandate was not accepted on time .. my loan was cancelled but debit order still stands !!

It may take time for the Debi check request to cleared out by the bank. 
If the mandate was not approved, we will not collect any funds from your bank account.
