No payment, bad service

I app**** for a loan which was approved and confirmation email was sent to me along with debicheck on my bank app. Its been more than 2 days now 948hours) still no payment made- I see on my profile ''money on the way'' for 2 days now. I have been trying to call in for over a day now but the call gets answered then dropped again its honestly disrespectful and poor customer service. I also sent an email with no response this is ridiculous at this point. someone needs to contact me on *** or just cancel this loan as I dont even need it any longer.
