no explaination

last year I was offered a loan from Wonga - I accepted and payment and contract was completed +/- 15 Dec. Since then I have been declined without explanation and I have asked nicely for a reason 3 times - my finances have in fact improved. So I can only surmise that the loan last year was an error and reckless lending was involved and they are just breathing a sigh of relief that I paid - I shall however report this incident to the NCR,

Hi Sonja,

Please note that at the time of your application last year, a full credit check and assessment was completed and based on your credit rating at the time of your application, we approved your loan.

As mentioned, we cannot guarantee approval on all future applications.

your above statement is untrue - my credit profile currently is improved since last year - i do not accept your explanation and as such i have sent a complaint to the NCR. I hve asked them to investigate reckless leanding
