No contingency plan or solution to a client problem
I am a new customer an app**** for a small loan at Wonga an struggled to upload my documents required for the application to be finished however I struggled to upload on numerous devices and to no avail. Called the call center for assistance to help me upload as I am struggling and at the end of it all I have declined of making use of Wonga and will never refer anybody to make use of Wonga as they do not try to help but rather don't want your business I will take my business to Getbucks as they are fast and efficient
