No communication before handing over 'arrears'

Almost a year after using their on-line loan application service Wonga have now handed my account to VVM attorneys, who tell me that the arrears in the amount of R486!! I have no clue where this amount is from! Wonga collect funds straight from your bank account and have access to your account for the full amount of your loan. I have never been contacted by anyone at Wonga informing me that there was an outstanding amount on my account. Not a single phone call, letter or email. Surely one has to at least attempt to contact a client before handing an account over? I'm now being harassed by the rudest, most unprofessional individuals - VVM attorneys. I've told them to deal with Wonga - THEIR client - to sort this out, before calling me again. They insist they will keep calling me and they keep hanging up on me - and have the cheek to accuse me of dropping their calls!!! Call off your attack dogs and please sort this out ON YOUR SIDE once and for all.THIS IS HARASSMENT. I am quite sure there is a breach of the Consumer Act here!!!!
