No Communication
<p>After several attempts contacting via email, and communication via phone their reprisentatives didnt make contact as agreed. Now being threatened via a simple SMS whereby they didnt contact me as agreed and numerous emails sent to their email. How are you suppose to arrange something with them if they dont make good on their promise in regards to communication.</p>

I must say I was supprised by the fast response from Carl to assist in sorting the "communications issue". I am satisfied that the issue are resolved in regards to this matter.
