Nightmare Loan

I took out a loan with wonga in early December 2017.. The arranged debit order did not go off as arranged at the end of December 2017 due to lack of funds in my account.. I contacted wonga to make a payment arrangement through out the month of January 2018 and I kept being sent from pillar to post, they kept advising me they could not locate the account and promising me call backs from the collections department but I didn’t receive any feedback. In February 2018I received a call front LGR attorneys advising me that the wonga debt has been handed over to them, they requested I make a minimum payment of 200 by the 17th of February 2018of which I did.. I then setup a two debit order payment for end of February 2018 and March 2018with LGR attorneys. First debit order went off on the 28 of February 2018from LGR, however wonga also debited the full amount from my account, I had 2 debit order payements for one account. I contacted wonga yet again to find out what was going and was promised a callback but I did not receive any call. I reversed the 2nd debit order and contacted LGR to advise them about what happened. On the 2nd of March 2018the money that LGR attorneys had debited was refunded back into my account. For the whole of March 2018 I didn’t hear anything from them. LGR called me once again about payment of the loan and I requested them to send me all correspondence/agreement between them and wonga via email so I can be assured that this loan will be settled, I did not receive anything. During the month of April I started receiving calls from a different Attorney Blake and associates regarding this wonga loan, I advised them that I have another attorney company calling me regarding this loan but I yet I had rude ladies from Blake and associates calling up to 4 times a day, every single day and I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over. On the 24th of April 2018 I contacted wonga to find out what is happening, yet again I was promised a callback and nothing, instead I received an email to rate their customer service.. While I was waiting for a callback I kept receiving calls from LGR attorneys and Blake and associates. I really need this Loan to be sorted out for the sake of my credit card, I’ve exhausted all attempts to get this loan sorted.
