NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE

Extremely bad service, had a loan with them of which I did an eft to settle my balance. After paying my settlement amount the app still shows I owe them a certain amount and that I'm in arrears while I paid my full balance owing. Getting through to their customer service is a hassle because they either read and ignore your messages on their socials or keep repeating the same thing for days on their emails.

Finally got a response from their collections department which told me to send proof of payment, which I did, then told me the payment will reflect after 72 hours on their side. 72 hours has passed and the app still shows this balance that keeps on increasing and that I am in arrears which I paid on the said date.

Never using them again
