Never EVER TAKE A LOAN WITH WONGA, POOR COMMUNICATION SERVICES

It is very annoying because I have been unemployed since April and i tried telling Wonga, only for them to reply a whole month later to tell me that my account has been handed over to Alliance. When I spoke to Alliance, I kept to the arrangement, only for WONGA to MOVE me over to HTN Attorneys, I have kept to that arrangement as well and now they want to move me to another agency. All the while, WONGA has not amended the amount owing. EVEN AFTER I SENT ALL MY PROOF OF PAYMENT TO EVERY PARTY... There is not update on my WONGA account about the payments I've made. So technically I feel like they keep moving my account from Agency to Agency to continue adding more money for me to pay. They are a nuisance. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO NEVER TAKE A LOAN FROM WONGA EVER!!!!! DO NOT DO IT. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING AND WILL TRY TO MILK MORE MONEY FROM YOU
