NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

I took out a loan and was debited twice in one month!!! What is that? They don’t have the records set and now I am being punished for that! Why am I being debited twice? And when I call them all they do is put my call on hold The debt collectors as well. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT FROM THEM !!!
