NEED MY MONEY BACK

I app**** for a short-term loan in December 2023, so I was given a date to pay it back( 13-01-2023), I missed the payment because I am getting paid on the 25th, they handed my account to Blake, so I made an arrangement with Blake for the 25th Jan 2024, so Blake debited the installment as well as Wonga, of which I do not understand because they handed the account to Blake to collect, I have been calling Blake, they gave me a wrong email address to send a proof of payment and a direct number to Wonga,( not getting an agent to speak to). this is frustrating, I have never missed a payment with Wonga, just that I always pay on the 25th,their customer service sucks, everybody just wants to get rid of you on the call by telling you lies,
