First Can you please explain for me what is going on or are you as Wonga Company ******** people? My father in law made a loan on the 19/01/2021 at your company through the whatsapp numbers as follow *** , and ***. The Agents of your company told him his approved everything, right next they told him he has a bad credit and he need to pay R950 into a account that end with this follow last ditigits 9519. He paid this amount on the 21/01/2021 the money he borrow by us he needed the loan amount to help paid his hospital fee. The agent told him the fee are for his bad credit and the lawyer needs to be paid for that. Right so the banking account name is as follow Mr. Banele S Nkabbinde. So its more than 48 hours so the loan amount must be paid in his account but isn't so are you gonna refund my father in law or pay the amount into his bank account or can I take Legal actions . The loan amount are R10 000 on a 24 month basis with 5% rent. Because you don't even pick your phones up the whole day and don't respond to my emails or my father in laws and your agent even ignores his messages even if he is online ??? Your the worst company ever. If your not gonna resolve this in a week I'm going to take legal actions for my father in laws sake. If your not responding to this review then your company are just a **** and take peoples money.
