My money is still no where to be found

It's been how many days since a payment of over R2400 was made to your company and still I'm waiting on confirmation that you found my payment but nobody is getting back to me yet you expecting a payment the 25th of August ,this is not on ,I suffer from very bad anxiety and I don't think this nonsense should be added to it. Allocate my payment I made and send me confirmation that it has been done
