Misrepresentative of information

I am very upset with wonga,they have send me statements with the balance of R2780 which I paid and instead of getting settlement certificate they send me another statement with the outstanding balance of R2780,why did they mislead me by sending me the incorrect balance..there is no transparency in their dealings ,my advise is that people must not fall into their ****,yes you will be happy if you are disparate for money but there are hidden conditions somehow .My name will not be removed from ITC due to this
