Messing up my credit record

I'm so sick and tired of your services ... you guys are making my credit score go down .. last month you deducted late because your system has an error .. today you took your installment. Than I log on to my account you saying my bank has declined yet you took your installment.. I will not pay and interest..... You guys are messing up my credit record . This is not on ...

Not happy...
