Beginning of December I rep**** to the December debit order date and clearly specified that my December pay day is the 19th. To my Schock you they debited my account on the 12th with no success the debited on the 19th again which went through the on the 23rd I requested a settlement amount and settled my account on the day only to check in later and see an outstanding balance of R609 and a debt collection fee which was app**** after I settled my account, I have sent emails which have gone way past the 48 hours stipulated and still no response I feel ****med.
