Looks like a ******* debit is about to happen

I wish I checked all the bad reviews first before I made the loan. My agreement for the loan I made stated I pay x3 R925 for an R2000 loan. My payments are completed but the statement I got still says I am due for more payments. I phoned but no help was received. I emailed for the letter stating I am cleared, but still no replies after numerous emails. If I do not receive my letter stating I am cleared before this ******* debit goes off again, I will take this further to the ombudsman and your underwriters. I am a diabetic and the debit that's about to happen will take away my medication budget. Be warned. Jean Swart
