Loan settlement

I took a long with Wonga, their service was efficient and fulfilling. However, I could not pay the loan on time. I have been receiving calls from Nimble credit solutions regarding my Wonga loan and I do not wish to settle it through them. I tried making arrangements with Wonga but they have not yet responded to my email.
