Loan repayment not allocated and it's accumulating
I took up a loan at Wonga in 2018 . Repaid the loan a few months later from then and finished it. I am still receiving emails saying I still owe the company! How the hell? I sent proof of payment. Attorneys contacting me now and again... Even sent THEEEM the payment but still not getting resolved....
