Loan application successful online but declined

I app**** for a loan on the [URL Removed] website. I was then requested to upload my most recent payslip after having been approved. I phoned the following day to find out why I haven't received any feedback. I spoke to Rehana, Rehana then informed me that my application was declined. Which means that if I didn't phone I never would have known. <br> <br> I informed Rehana that my application was successful online which is why they requested my payslip. She said she would escalate it to investigate the problem and get back to me. I asked her how long it would take, she didn't give me an estimate, merely told me that she would call me as soon as she got feedback. 3 Days passed and nobody called me! I called them back and spoke to Ayesha, who then told me that their technical department hasn't given them feedback which was the reason why I wasn't updated during these 3 days. I got annoyed with these pathetic excuses. She then advised me that I would have to apply again, knowing that it affects my credit record. I refused to apply again. I then asked her to speak to a manager, but everyone was in a meeting. I was given the same run around Rehana gave me and I told Ayesha that was unacceptable.
