Letter of confirmation from word regarding the covid-19 sent

As per my last review on wonga, I had managed to send them a letter from work confirming that this pandemic has affected our salaries as per their request, so that my account can not incure interest and not be handed over as they have for missing a month payment. I'm hoping that upon receipt of the letter, they will subtract the interests added and go collect my account where they handed it over. My worry now is that since I've sent them the lett of cobd, they haven't responded to it as yet and I don't know why.
