Keeps on debting my account

I am very tired of you Wonga, you are costing me more money now. You keep on debiting my account. Priscilla Urquhart, you promised me on the 20th that the problem has been resolved but this morning you tried to debt my account again. You changed the amount so that the debt order can go through lucky enough I did not have enough money in my account so it bounced back. Can you please stop debiting my money that I worked for. I am tired of you guys, every-time I have to go to the bank to reverse the amount you took and block you but you always find ways around. Even though you always promise to refund my money you never do so. And Craig you always call after I complain here on hellopeter and promise to call back with an update but you never do, this is *******. Can you please stop debiting my account please.
