Itc profile not updated since 2020 and after numerous requests

I paid my loan with wonga in 2020. Still I'm showing as owing. I have called wonga numerous times to have this updated. I tried taking a loan out with my bank but I am unable to as this loan comes up when I apply. I have my paid up letter but this does not help. Why is this company making life so difficult for people who has paid them in full.

on clear score is not accurate.

Please email us a copy of your updated ITC profile,

The credit bureaus in South Africa are (Transunion, Experian, XDS, Compuscan

and Vericred). As mentioned Clear Score is not a credit bureau.
