IT IS HARD TO SETTLE PAYMENTS WITH THEM | POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I changed bank accounts so i sent them an email asking for an alternative way to pay what i owe since they do not have an option for my bank, they did not respond to me and i sent a follow up a couple of days before pay day . I finally received an email from them FOUR weeks later but wait, they are informing me that they handed my account over to the attorneys .

Does anyone know of any attorneys office that can help me get Wonga off my back? I actually want to finish off my payments and it seems like i have a better chance of winning the lotto than getting any sort of assistance with this regard.
