Is the Debtors Assist platform legit?

I took out a loan in December with Wonga and unfortunately when I had to pay back I happened to be in work disputes that resulted in me not being able to pay back. They took my account to Blake and Associates and they called me and we made an agreement and we agreed that they will call me back the following month to set up a debit order again. Whenever they call me when I answer they hang up and when I call back it rings unanswered, same to Wonga, they called me and when they answer they hung up and when I call back there is no answer. Now I just received an SMS with a link to a platform called Debtors Assist where I can set my own debit order, is this platform event legit.
