Invalid bank acc number and registered email address

I have been battling to apply for a loan. I needed to update my email address as I am 11 years gone from that company. I have sent emails upon emails with feedback saying please send your registered address. When I input my Standard Bank Acc number it says invalid. I have uploaded my documents 10 times. This is so frustrating that you cannot speak to a actual human being.

Hi Olivia,

We have cancelled you loan application so that you can be able to update your details.

Please login and update your email address and bank account number.
We recently had a tech error with bank accounts starting with the number 0, but our Tech team has resolved the issue.
