Interest keep on increasing
Hi I've settled my loan on the 27th of October so when I check today the 28th on my online portal it shows there still a outstanding balance...I called customer service and the lady who assisted me said if I pay the outstanding balance I should email proof of payment which I did..so when I logged in again later that evening the interest just increase more and more mind you the 1st outstanding balance was R598 which I paid and send proof of payment so when I checked again it increased to R659.please fix it because you guys is one of my trustworthy financial institution
