Please email us your Capitec bank statement ending with * 5405 *.
The reversal was not done from a Tymebank account as our requirements
are, you need to bank with one of the 5 capital banks within South Africa.
Please email us your Capitec Bank statement dated from 1st of December 2020
to the 31st of January 2021.
Once we receive the correct documents, will we escalate your account to
our Collections Manager to investigate.
