I am not happy with how Wonga has treated me. I app**** for a loan of R1104 on the 15th April 2022 and repayment was due on the 20th April in which I was supposed to repay R1305.93, the funds never got paid into my account on the 15th and on the 20th they still debited me for R1305.93, I sent an email to them for a refund no response. On the 21st which was yesterday they then paid the R1104 into my account when I didn't need it but i thought it's fine because I did sign up for it. Today I found out that I owe them R57.50 I don't know how and I am really upset.
