I have been trying to apply for a loan for more than a week now. All gets approve and we just have to wait for finale checking. The documents we upload is 3 months bank statements. the salaries of the 3 months get added together and then divided by 3 to get an average. A sms then informs us that the average does not correspond to the amount stated on the application. We upload the same documents but the sms have came back with 2 different amounts as the average. When queuing this we get an automated reply with no proper answer.<br> <br> This is getting really frustrating. Is there no competent person there that can assist.<br> <br>
