I recently requested a settlement quote and the agent gave me the wrong amount now i have an OVERDUE loan that is piling up on interest and i have loged a complain but i have not recieved a single call from the agents since they said they have requested the call recording and will call me once they get it. My profile is being messed up right now because of your *********** staff. Please fix this
