Inaccurate Arrears
I’ve been calling for the past 2 days and unable to get through to anyone. I paid up my loan in January yet my credit score reflects that I’m in arrears showing missed payments from May. My wonga statement from when I paid in Jan shows R0.00. I’m confused and need to remove this from my credit score ASAP. This can’t be right.

I have done as suggested and have received my paid up letter.
It was imp**** that it should take about 21 days to have it cleared from my credit score so I’ll be looking forward to that.
