Impossible to reach when you made early payment

Wonga is very fast to respond to emails and calls when you want a loan but once you get the money it is impossible to reach them. I paid my loan early in full and sent them proof of payment, but they still have not removed their debicheck and it has been weeks plus the interest keeps growing. I have sent them countless emails with my proof of payment and asking them to remove the debicheck but no one responds to me. Really bad service
