I'M WAITING ????
it has been 3 days of calling in to wonga and being told they have system issues. My loan says i have an outstanding balance but yet it is not cleared online. For 3 days I have been told to wait 24hrs each time I call. I am tired of being given the run around. PLEASE UPDATE MY INFORMATION TODAY! I don't want it to be escalated or wait any longer!
