I want my refund now

Wonga said they paid my refund , still nothing in my fnb account.<br> I called my bank , fnb , there is nothing pending , <br> I been calling Wonga daily since 2 march till today , I called them 3 times today <br> <br> Wonga said they cannot send me a proof to show that they have paid me , <br> I have emailed them my statement and transaction history <br> I want my money to be paid today , <br> I have been waiting and tired of this now
