I want my refund months later

I was handed over to nimble with the took they 3 installs but before that I had mad a payment using the link, meaning I made 4 payments on a 3 months loan. Which were the 3 installs to nimble and the payment I made via the link before nimble contacted me. I have been asking for a refund on my 1 install wonga tells me to call nimble. Nimble tells me to call wonga. It later calling without my money I need my money.
