I want my PAID UP LETTER!!!

Blake and Wonga offered me a 60% discount on my loan and I paid it off. I’ve sent emails requesting my paid up letter and I was told to wait 72 hours. Still on the portal there’s nothing and my loan hasn’t been closed off. Fix this!!!
